The Ends Will Undo Themselves by Boni Joi

THE ENDS WILL UNDO THEMSELVES

Yesterday it rained
and the look of the air overlapped
every thing I saw the whole next day.
I’m easily distracted.

I couldn’t sleep last night
after awaking at the sound of light
moving across my back window
my body became prickly and I fought
That kind of ecstasy could kill me

When I looked at my reflection
in your window-glass
filtering lights across water,
the lights were my eyes
I have given up having you know me
the way I want you to

Poem taken from NEW JERSEY BOWEL AND BLADDER CONTROL #1 edited by iniquity press/vendetta books.
