Sell My Soul (And Go Work For Jesus) by Tom Adams

beton

SELL MY SOUL (AND GO WORK FOR JESUS)

Had lots of money
Now I got none
Had a Maserati
But now it’s gone
I gots me a woman
She come and go as she pleases
I might as well sell my soul
And go work for Jesus

Went to the casino
They wouldn’t let me play
Bought me a dog
But he ran away
Paid for a hooker
She laughed at my penis
l might as well sell my soul
And go work for Jesus

Went to the banker
I couldn’t get a loan
Rang up my mother
She told me don’t come home
Where can I go?
It doesn’t take no genius
I might as well sell my soul
And go work for Jesus
